Constance Sheares is a respected arts administrator, curator, and writer. She is known for her significant curatorial work at the National Museum (1971–76, 1982–88), and later, as independent curator and consultant, actively promoting Singapore art and artists.

Teo Han Wue has written art reviews as a freelance for the The Straits Times, edited its now defunct Bilingual Section, served as Director at the National Arts Council Singapore in various capacities ranging from Arts Development to Research and Publications, and directed Art Retreat Incorporating the Wu Guanzhong Gallery, a private museum.
